The airline stated that it would assist customers with affected bookings, offering re-accommodations, free date changes, or full refunds as applicable. Specific reductions include a decrease in flights from Delhi to San Francisco from 10 to 7 weekly and from Delhi to Toronto from 10 to 5 weekly. Despite these cuts, Air India plans to maintain over 1,200 international flights each month, including 33 flights per week to North America and 47 flights per week to Europe, aiming to improve network stability and reduce last-minute inconveniences for passengers.
