Innovision has been awarded a contract valued at approximately ₹31.09 crore by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for toll collection and facility maintenance at the Vembukudi fee plaza, located on the Cholapuram-Thanjavur section of NH-45C in Tamil Nadu. The contract, which was signed on April 21, 2026, is set to commence on June 6, 2026, and will be executed over a period of one year. Innovision's responsibilities include the collection of user fees and the upkeep of adjacent toilet blocks, as well as the replenishment of consumable items. The company clarified that its promoters and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity, ensuring that the contract does not involve related party transactions. In recent financial performance, Innovision reported a 43.27% increase in consolidated net profit to ₹4.47 crore for Q3 FY26, alongside a 2.12% rise in revenue from operations to ₹233.26 crore compared to Q3 FY25. However, shares of Innovision fell by 1.20% to ₹333.55 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
