Refund Policy

At Samachaar.AI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Premium Subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we process refunds for our paid services.

2.1 Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

If you are not satisfied with your Premium Subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge. This applies only to first-time subscribers.

2.2 No Refund After 7 Days

After the 7-day refund window, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

2.3 Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside the standard policy in the following cases:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges due to technical errors
• Unauthorized charges (after verification)
• Extended service outages (more than 72 hours) affecting your paid features

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

• Your registered email address
• Date of the charge
• Reason for the refund request
• Transaction ID or payment receipt (if available)

4.1 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription.

4.2 Payment Gateway

All refunds are processed through Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4.3 Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your billing period.

You may cancel your Premium Subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made to your payment method
• Your account will revert to the free tier after the billing period ends
• Your data and preferences will be preserved

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
