The Noida Authority has commenced preparations for land acquisition in New Noida, also known as the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR), which encompasses 37 villages across Gautam Budh Nagar and Bulandshahr districts in India. The first phase will involve acquiring land from 24 villages in Bulandshahr and 13 villages in Gautam Budh Nagar, with a focus on consent-based acquisition. The Authority has set the acquisition rate at ₹4,300 per square meter, aligning with the rates established for the Noida International Airport project.
