On Thursday, two unidentified men entered a residence in Trilok Puri, East Delhi, and robbed a woman named Firoza of cash and jewellery worth approximately ₹8 lakh (around $9,600 USD). The robbery occurred around 11 am when Firoza was alone at home with the main gate open. The intruders overpowered her, tied her to a bed, and gagged her before stealing valuables from her almirah. Police received a call about the incident at 11:15 am and arrived promptly. Firoza sustained minor injuries and was taken for medical examination. An FIR has been filed at the Mayur Vihar police station, and multiple teams are working to identify the suspects by reviewing CCTV footage from the area.
