According to the Logistics Ease Across Different States (LEADS) 2025 report released by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh have been designated as 'exemplars' in logistics performance, alongside Mizoram and Delhi.
