The prosecution argued for her custodial interrogation, citing the serious nature of the allegations, which include coercing female colleagues into adopting Islamic practices. Despite Khan's plea for bail based on her two-month pregnancy, the court sided with the Special Investigation Team (SIT), stating her role in the case is integral to the investigation. Allegations against Khan suggest she pressured colleagues regarding their attire and dietary habits, even providing a burqa and hijab to one complainant. The SIT is currently investigating nine FIRs related to exploitation and forced conversion at the TCS facility, with eight arrests made so far. As Khan remains absconding, police teams are actively searching for her across Maharashtra, while TCS continues to uphold its zero-tolerance policy towards harassment.
