The prosecution argued for her custodial interrogation, citing the seriousness of the allegations. Khan is accused of instructing female employees to dress and behave in line with Islamic traditions. The police are actively searching for her across Maharashtra. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) is investigating nine cases of sexual harassment involving female employees at TCS's Nashik unit, resulting in the arrest of eight individuals, including a female operations manager. The court has also extended the police custody of four other accused—Raza Rafiq Memon, Tausif Bilal Attar, Danish Ejaz Sheikh, and Shahrukh Husain Shaukat Qureshi—until May 5, as further investigation is required.
