In Wazirpur village, Gurugram, a 39-year-old man is accused of murdering his wife, who was in her late 20s, and their four children—three daughters and one son—before attempting suicide on Saturday night. According to police spokesperson Sandeep Turan, the man allegedly poisoned his family before inflicting self-harm. Neighbors alerted authorities via a helpline between 9:30 PM and 10 PM, prompting an emergency response team to the scene, where they discovered five individuals unresponsive. The victims were transported to Civil Hospital in Gurugram's Sector 10 for post-mortem examinations. The father, who is currently hospitalized in critical condition, will be interrogated once he stabilizes. The police have notified the family of the deceased and are conducting further investigations into the tragic incident.
