This decision comes in light of ongoing legal issues and recent raids conducted by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on January 8, which targeted the residence of its director, Prateek Jain, and the agency's office in Salt Lake, West Bengal. In an internal communication, management informed employees that they would need to take a short leave of 20 days, during which the organization would review its situation. A follow-up decision on the next steps is expected by May 11. I-PAC emphasized its respect for the law and commitment to cooperating with legal processes, expressing confidence that justice will prevail.
