The NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination is confirmed to occur on June 21 from 2 PM to 5:15 PM. A total of 56,983 candidates will participate across 132 examination centers located in 27 cities throughout Odisha. Chief Secretary Anu Garg held a virtual meeting with district collectors to ensure thorough preparations for the exam, highlighting the importance of a secure and efficient system. Emphasis was placed on security arrangements, safe transportation of exam materials, and effective coordination among various departments. Each examination center will be staffed with a magistrate, police officers, and support personnel. Additionally, the district and police administrations have been instructed to monitor social media for any suspicious activities that could disrupt the exam. Special facilities will be provided for women and disabled candidates, and traffic management will be strengthened. Notably, the NEET exam coincides with the International Day of Yoga, necessitating separate arrangements for both events. The National Testing Agency is coordinating with the state government to ensure the exam's successful execution.
