The Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council is participating in the Make it in the Emirates 2026 exhibition, which runs from May 4 to 7 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). This event highlights the Council's role in enhancing the UAE's national quality infrastructure and competitiveness in the industrial sector. A key feature is the launch of the Quality Hub, which focuses on five essential pillars: standards, conformity assessment, inspection and quality assurance, metrology, and accreditation. Eng. Fahad Gharib Al Shamsi, Acting Secretary General of the Council, stated that this initiative aims to empower the industrial sector through an integrated ecosystem that boosts market confidence in UAE products. The Council will showcase its capabilities in inspection, testing, certification, and calibration, which are vital for supporting manufacturers and enhancing their readiness for global markets. Through its participation, the Council reaffirms its commitment to establishing a comprehensive quality ecosystem aligned with global best practices, contributing to a sustainable and innovation-driven industrial economy.
