Chirayu Rana, a former employee of JPMorgan Chase, has come forward as the plaintiff in a lawsuit against senior executive Lorna Hajdini, alleging sexual abuse and racial harassment. The complaint, initially filed anonymously under the name John Doe, claims that Hajdini coerced Rana into sexual encounters and intimidated him at work. However, JPMorgan's internal investigation found no evidence to support these allegations, stating that Rana refused to cooperate and provide crucial facts for his claims. Hajdini has strongly denied all accusations, asserting that she has never engaged in inappropriate conduct with Rana and has never been to the location where the alleged incidents supposedly occurred. Friends and colleagues have defended her, labeling the claims as fabrications. Rana, who has worked at several prestigious financial institutions, is currently a principal at Bregal Sagemount, an investment firm based in New York. No trial date has been set for the case.
