The project, located at 2120 Post Oak Blvd, will feature 44 stories and encompass approximately 979,800 square feet. It will include a Ritz-Carlton hotel, 154 hotel rooms, 114 private residences, and extensive amenities including a fitness center, pools, and lounges. Designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, the development aims to elevate luxury living in the city, with a projected completion timeline of four years. The developers, Deiso Moss and Cleary Interests in partnership with Marriott International, have emphasized the project’s potential to become a landmark in Houston. A penthouse unit has already been listed for $27.5 million, highlighting the high-end market appeal of the residences. The project is expected to enhance the city’s skyline and provide a unique blend of luxury and community features.
