The company's revenue from operations also saw a significant rise of 28.75%, reaching ₹12,796.53 crore. Profit before tax rose by 28.58% to ₹1,854.79 crore during this quarter. The company's strong performance is attributed to a 24.11% increase in motorcycle and scooter sales, totaling 17.14 lakh units sold. On a consolidated basis, net profit increased by 26.11% to ₹1,473.92 crore, with revenue from operations rising by 30.17%. CEO Harshavaradhan Chitale emphasized that FY26 marks a pivotal year for the company, reflecting its leadership in the motorcycle industry and commitment to future mobility solutions. The company plans to pay a final dividend of ₹75 per share, pending approval at the upcoming AGM, and has re-appointed Dr. Pawan Munjal as Executive Chairman for another five-year term starting October 1, 2026.
