Now, with tap water connections installed in homes, the burden has been significantly reduced. The initiative not only provides convenience but also allows families to save time and improve their quality of life. Water Supply Operator Akshay Valvi noted that the project has brought major relief to villagers, enabling them to focus on their work rather than the arduous task of fetching water. Gujarat has achieved 100% tap water coverage in rural households, making it a leader in the Jal Jeevan Mission.
