He appealed to voters to support the BJP's mayoral candidate, Akshita Saini, and other candidates in the upcoming municipal elections scheduled for May 10. Saini criticized the Congress party for opposing the Nari Shakti Vandan (Amendment) Act, which aims to empower women, claiming that the Congress failed to take meaningful actions for women's welfare during its tenure. He highlighted the BJP government's initiatives, such as providing gas cylinders for ₹500 (approximately $6 USD) and ensuring clean water access for every household. The rally was part of the 'Mahila Aakrosh Mashaal Yatra' organized by the BJP Mahila Morcha and was attended by several prominent BJP leaders.
