Tata Technologies' share price jumped 9% to ₹646.20 during Tuesday's trading session, following the announcement of its Q4 FY26 financial results. The company reported an 8.1% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit, reaching ₹204.17 crore, compared to ₹188.87 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations surged 22.29% year-on-year to ₹1,572.22 crore, up from ₹1,285.65 crore in Q4 FY25. The operating EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹252.1 crore, reflecting an 8% YoY increase and a 30.7% rise from the previous quarter. The board also proposed a final dividend of ₹8.35 per share along with a special dividend of ₹3.35, totaling ₹11.70 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. CEO Warren Harris expressed satisfaction with the sustained momentum and broad-based growth across the business. Despite recent gains, the stock remains 46% below its listing price of ₹1,200 per share.
