Tata Technologies experienced a remarkable 7.13% increase in stock price, reaching ₹633.45 after reporting a consolidated net profit of ₹204.17 crore for Q4 FY26, compared to just ₹6.64 crore in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations also saw a 15.12% quarter-on-quarter increase, totaling ₹1,572.22 crore. Year-on-year, the net profit rose by 8.1%, while revenue increased by 22.29%. Despite these gains, the company reported exceptional losses of ₹56.13 crore related to labor code impacts and business combination costs. For the full fiscal year FY26, net profit fell by 19.26% to ₹546.59 crore, despite a 6.52% rise in revenue. CEO Warren Harris noted a significant momentum shift in Q4, indicating broad-based growth rather than reliance on a single client. The board has recommended a total dividend of ₹11.70 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
