However, revenue from operations saw a sharp decline of 56.72%, falling to ₹83.10 crore from ₹192 crore in Q4 FY25. This revenue drop is attributed to a strategic shift towards tolling contracts instead of direct distribution and trading. Despite the revenue decline, the company's EBITDA increased by 28.20% to ₹64.33 crore, with an impressive EBITDA margin expansion to 77.41% from 26.14%, indicating enhanced cost efficiencies. Total expenses decreased significantly by 81.70% year-on-year to ₹27.92 crore. For the entire fiscal year, Indosolar's consolidated net profit surged 350.16% to ₹246.60 crore, driven by a 109.89% increase in revenue from operations to ₹679.85 crore. Additionally, the company appointed Abhishek Pareek as chief financial officer effective April 20. Following the earnings announcement, Indosolar's shares were locked in a 5% lower circuit at ₹513.10 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
