The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially launched its verification and re-evaluation portal for Class 12 students on June 2, 2026, after overcoming technical delays and cybersecurity concerns. The portal, which was initially scheduled to go live on June 1, aims to facilitate a transparent process for students seeking verification of their marks and re-evaluation of their answer sheets. In a post on X, CBSE urged students to carefully follow the application process and provided a step-by-step video guide to assist them. The launch follows recent challenges, including glitches in the answer-sheet access process that raised concerns among students and parents. To enhance security, CBSE has enlisted cybersecurity experts from various government agencies and Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) to strengthen the platform. The board has assured students that identified vulnerabilities have been contained and that additional security measures are being implemented.
