The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially launched its verification and re-evaluation portal for Class 12 students, resolving a delay caused by technical issues and cybersecurity concerns. The portal, which became operational after its original launch date of June 1, 2026, aims to facilitate a transparent process for students seeking to verify their marks and re-evaluate their answer sheets. CBSE's announcement on X included a call for students to follow the application process carefully, with a video guide provided for assistance. The delay had raised concerns among students and parents, especially following previous glitches in the answer-sheet access process. In response to cybersecurity threats, CBSE has strengthened the portal's security by collaborating with experts from various government agencies and Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). The board has also established a tele-counselling helpline for students needing support, emphasizing its commitment to ensuring a secure and reliable post-result process.
