After several delays, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially launched its online portal for Class 12 students to apply for verification of marks and re-evaluation of answer scripts. Students can now submit requests through the portal, which allows for applications for multiple subjects at once. To verify marks, students must select the relevant option, report any issues with their answer sheets, and ensure all details are correct before finalizing their application. For re-evaluation, students need to specify the question number, page number, and provide a clear justification for the marks they believe should have been awarded. The new fee structure includes ₹100 per subject for obtaining scanned copies and verification, and ₹25 per question for re-evaluation. Notably, a refund will be provided for any increased marks following re-evaluation. CBSE has emphasized that revised scores will be final and binding, marking a significant step in the post-result review process for the Class of 2026.
