Hezbollah, the Lebanese militant group, stated on Saturday that it targeted Israeli troops in northern Israel using drones, citing repeated Israeli attacks on Lebanon as justification. The group claimed to have struck a gathering of Israeli soldiers near Misgav Am. In retaliation, the Israeli military reported that several of its soldiers were injured, with one reservist severely wounded. Israeli forces also confirmed launching airstrikes on over 85 Hezbollah infrastructure sites within a 24-hour period, including weapon storage facilities and an underground weapons production site in the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon. Despite a ceasefire agreement established on April 17, hostilities between the two sides have continued, with daily exchanges of fire reported. The Lebanese health ministry noted that Israeli attacks have resulted in the deaths of over 2,750 people in Lebanon since the conflict escalated on March 2.
