Girls dominated the results, with a pass percentage of 91.64%, compared to 87.69% for boys, despite a decline in overall pass rates from previous years. The overall pass percentage for the exams was 89.60%, the lowest in two years, with 2,76,640 students appearing and 2,47,860 passing.
