Deepika, a student at Adarsh Senior Secondary School in Miran, Bhiwani, topped the Haryana Board Class 10 examinations with an impressive score of 499 out of 500. She was followed by four students, including Ronak from BSM Senior Secondary School in Bigowa, Charkhi Dadri, and Khushi from NCVM High School in Putthi Saman, Hisar, all scoring 498 marks. Notably, Deepanshu from Balaji Senior Secondary School in Bhungarka, Mahendergarh, was the only boy among the second-place finishers. The third position was shared by 11 students, all scoring 497 marks. Overall, girls dominated the results with a pass percentage of 91.64%, while boys recorded 87.69%, marking a 3.95 percentage point gap. Among the 2,76,640 regular students who appeared for the exams, 2,47,860 passed, with 6,201 placed in the 'essential repeat' category. Rural students excelled with a pass rate of 90.25%, outperforming urban students at 87.94%. Private schools also showed better results, achieving a 92.45% success rate compared to 87.23% for government schools. Charkhi Dadri was recognized as the top-performing district, while Nuh was at the bottom of the performance chart.
