Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company (AMC) reported an 18% year-on-year decline in net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26, amounting to ₹187 crore. This drop was primarily due to a ₹33 crore loss in other income, contrasting with gains of ₹84 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. However, the company's overall net profit for FY26 saw a 5% increase, reaching ₹975 crore. In response to its financial performance, Aditya Birla has proposed a dividend of ₹25.5 per share. In a separate development, Invesco Mutual Fund launched its first equity index funds, namely the Invesco India BSE Sensex Index Fund and the Invesco India Nifty Bank Index Fund, aimed at providing investors with transparent and cost-efficient access to India's growth opportunities. Additionally, Nippon Life India Asset Management will pay ₹96.46 crore ($10.25 million) to settle charges related to high-risk Yes Bank bonds, with 93% of the settlement amount allocated to affected investors, marking a significant condition in regulatory settlements.
