Despite this drop, the company saw a 7% increase in revenue from operations, reaching ₹458 crore compared to ₹429 crore in Q4 FY25. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹25.50 per equity share for FY26, which is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Following the announcement, the company's shares rose nearly 6% to a high of ₹1,078 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). However, the profit after tax also showed a significant sequential decline of 31% from ₹263 crore in Q3 FY26, alongside a 4% drop in topline from ₹478 crore in the previous quarter. The company reported increased expenses of ₹206 crore, up 5% from ₹196 crore in Q4 FY25, attributed to finance costs, employee benefits, and commissions. The average Assets Under Management (AUM) for the quarter stood at ₹4,74,000 crore, with a mutual fund AUM of ₹4,35,900 crore, capturing a 6.02% market share.
