Under this collaboration, PDA, led by cyber law expert Pavan Duggal, will act as the exclusive legal partner for 63SATS, focusing on legal readiness, compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, and cybercrime prosecution. The partnership aims to provide complete protection across the risk lifecycle, including prevention, detection, response, regulatory compliance, legal defense, and recovery.
