After waiting for an hour, she learned that her vote had already been cast by another individual, who presented a different photo but matched her details on the voting paper. Although she was permitted to cast a tender ballot vote, she expressed her disappointment at the lack of safeguards and plans to file a complaint with the relevant authorities. The elections also saw participation from several notable Tamil film personalities, including Thalapathy Vijay and Rajinikanth, who exercised their voting rights at various polling stations.
