He claimed that an 'Aghori Puja' was performed near the construction site of the Vidya Pratishthan AI building just before Pawar was scheduled to visit. Additionally, Mitkari stated that locals reported a goat being hung upside down near Pawar's residence in Khatlapatta Katewadi, suggesting that a ghastly ritual was conducted before the crash. Mitkari has called for accountability from investigators, questioning how superstitious practices could have targeted a leader who rejected such beliefs. The investigation into Pawar's death is still ongoing, and a demand for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry has been made, although no order has been issued yet. Sunetra Pawar, Ajit Pawar's wife, has also raised doubts about the circumstances of his death, emphasizing the need for answers and accountability.
