According to the police report, the two men parked their vehicle on the road, blocking the woman's way. When she honked her horn for them to move, they approached her car aggressively. One of the accused reportedly lowered the car window and took photographs of her while threatening her, identifying themselves as “Kannadigas.” Alarmed by the situation, the woman called her husband, Bharat, to the scene. Upon his arrival, the two men allegedly assaulted him. Witnesses reported that the accused were under the influence of alcohol and used vulgar language to abuse and threaten the couple. Before help could arrive, the assailants fled the area. Following the incident, a case was registered at the Doddabelavangala police station, leading to the arrests of the two men, identified as Govindaraju and Mahesh.
