In response to numerous complaints from students and parents regarding technical issues during the post-result re-evaluation process, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has initiated corrective measures involving experts from IIT-Madras and IIT-Kanpur. These experts are tasked with enhancing the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) portal's digital infrastructure, focusing on server stability, login authentication, and payment gateways. Following reports of server downtimes and payment disruptions, the CBSE has extended the deadline for students to apply for scanned answer sheets until May 25.
