Alpert previously served in a leadership role at the foundation from 2018 to 2022 and has been involved with the academy as a donor and advisory council member. She brings nearly 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience, having raised over $150 million in philanthropic support. Alpert's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in sociology and a master's in nonprofit management from Brandeis University. The Boston Arts Academy Foundation, established in 1999, aims to enhance the school's visibility and fundraising efforts, supporting its mission to provide quality arts education.
