Prateek Yadav, the 38-year-old son of Mulayam Singh Yadav, the patriarch of the Samajwadi Party, was declared dead at 5:55 am on Wednesday in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. According to Dr. GP Gupta, director of the Civil Hospital, Prateek's health deteriorated rapidly, prompting a medical team to be dispatched to his residence around 5 am. Despite efforts to revive him, he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.
