Dehradun Police have arrested Gaurav Kumar, a 30-year-old man from Amritsar, Punjab, India, for allegedly impersonating an aide of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Kumar posed as Kanishk Singh, claiming to help party leaders secure election tickets or influential positions. His fraudulent activities came to light after Bhavana Pandey, a Congress leader from Uttarakhand, reported being duped of ₹25 lakh (approximately $30,000 USD) on May 3.
