In a separate development, Infosys announced the reclassification of Shreyas Shibulal and Bhairavi Madhusudhan Shibulal as public shareholders, moving them from the promoter category at their request. The couple, related to co-founder S D Shibulal, clarified that they have not been involved in the company's operations or decision-making.
