Adani Total Gas, the city gas joint venture between Adani Group and TotalEnergies, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹168.34 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31, marking a 9% increase from ₹154.59 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations surged 16.62% to ₹1,694.61 crore, up from ₹1,453.37 crore in Q4 of the previous year. However, the EBITDA margin contracted to 17.72%, down from 18.30% year-on-year, despite an EBITDA of ₹300.32 crore compared to ₹266 crore a year ago. For the fiscal year 2025-26, total revenue was ₹6,408.53 crore, an increase from ₹5,411.68 crore in FY25, while net profit was stable at ₹655.72 crore. The company has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.25 per share, pending shareholder approval. Following a challenging three-year period where the stock lost 84% of its value, Adani Total Gas shares have rebounded by 25% in April alone.
