The Ganga Expressway, a new greenfield expressway in Uttar Pradesh, is set to be inaugurated this month, connecting Meerut and Prayagraj. This 594-kilometer expressway will cut travel time to just five hours, enhancing connectivity between the two cities. Built primarily by the Adani Group, the expressway features world-class facilities, including the capability to serve as a runway for fighter jets and transport aircraft. With 464 kilometers already constructed, the expressway passes through 12 districts and is designed with advanced safety measures such as speed-checking cameras and high-resolution CCTV every kilometer.
