Aurum PropTech has achieved a significant milestone by crossing ₹500 crore (approximately $60 million USD) in annualised recurring revenue (ARR) and posting its second consecutive profitable quarter for the January-March period of FY2026. The company's total income surged to ₹135 crore for the quarter, reflecting a 72% increase from the same period last year. The profit before tax (PBT) margin turned positive at 2.5%, a notable improvement from a negative 11.5% a year earlier, marking an expansion of 1,410 basis points. Additionally, the adjusted operating margin rose to 12.2%, up from (1.4%). For the entire fiscal year, Aurum PropTech reported total income of ₹424 crore, a 49% increase from ₹285 crore in FY2025. The company attributed its growth to robust unit economics and strategic initiatives, including the acquisition of PropTiger and innovations at Sell.do. Onkar Shetye, Executive Director of Aurum PropTech, emphasized the importance of operational discipline and the company’s commitment to capital-efficient growth as it navigates ongoing acquisitions and platform investments.
