Aurum PropTech has achieved a significant milestone by crossing ₹500 crore (approximately $60 million USD) in annualised recurring revenue (ARR) and posting its second consecutive profitable quarter for the January-March period of FY2026. The company's total income surged to ₹135 crore for the quarter, reflecting a 72% increase from the same period last year. The profit before tax (PBT) margin turned positive at 2.5%, a notable improvement from a negative 11.5% a year earlier, marking an expansion of 1,410 basis points. Additionally, the adjusted operating margin rose to 12.2%, up from (1.4%). For the entire fiscal year, Aurum PropTech reported total income of ₹424 crore, a 49% increase from ₹285 crore in FY2025. The company attributed its growth to robust unit economics and strategic initiatives, including the acquisition of PropTiger and innovations at Sell.do.
