Mahanagar Gas saw a significant 45.55% drop in standalone net profit, totaling ₹132 crore for the fourth quarter of FY26, compared to ₹242.30 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Despite this decline, revenue from operations rose by 4.51% year-on-year, reaching ₹2,051.22 crore. Profit before tax also fell sharply by 47.13% to ₹178.48 crore, while EBITDA decreased by 7.58%, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 17.61%, down from 21.62% a year earlier. The total sales volume for the quarter was 1,673.43 million standard cubic meters (SCM), reflecting an 8.25% year-on-year increase. The company reported a growth in CNG and PNG sales volumes, with CNG reaching 1,192.55 million SCM and PNG at 480.88 million SCM. Mahanagar Gas has recommended a final dividend of ₹18 per equity share for FY26, bringing the total dividend to ₹30 per share after including an interim dividend declared earlier.
