Lupin Ltd. reported a remarkable 90% increase in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, amounting to ₹1,460 crore ($176 million USD), compared to ₹773 crore ($93 million USD) in the same quarter last year. The company's revenue also saw a significant rise of 31.9%, reaching ₹7,475 crore ($900 million USD), up from ₹5,667 crore ($682 million USD). Operating income surged by 88.1% to ₹2,486 crore ($300 million USD), with margins expanding to 33.3% from 23.3%. In light of these strong financial results, Lupin announced a record dividend of ₹18 per share, totaling nearly ₹822 crore ($99 million USD) for shareholders.
