The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts rain starting Tuesday, with conditions expected to remain partly cloudy from Monday evening. Temperatures are projected to drop to around 36°C by April 30. Despite the anticipated rain, a yellow alert for heatwave conditions will remain in effect on Monday, with temperatures still around 41°C. From Tuesday to Thursday, residents should prepare for thunderstorms and gusty winds reaching up to 50 km/h.
