This event took place on the sidelines of the 23rd Institute for Strategic Studies’ (IISS) Shangri-La Dialogue at the Shangri-La Hotel. The breakfast was co-hosted by Chan Chun Sing, Singapore's Coordinating Minister for Public Services and Minister for Defence, along with Gilberto C Teodoro, Jr., the Secretary of National Defence of the Philippines, who is also the Chairman of the ASEAN Defence Ministers' Meeting (ADMM) for 2026.
