Inventurus Knowledge Solutions (IKS Health), a Mumbai-based healthcare technology firm, announced its acquisition of TruBridge Inc, a Nasdaq-listed provider of healthcare technology solutions, for up to $565 million. This strategic move aims to strengthen IKS Health's presence in the US market and diversify its service offerings. The acquisition, funded by a loan of up to $670 million from Citibank, Deutsche Bank, and JPMorgan Chase, has received board approval and is anticipated to close in the third calendar quarter of 2026. TruBridge, which serves over 700 rural and community hospitals in the US, will become a wholly owned subsidiary of IKS Health. This acquisition allows IKS to enter the cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) segment, enhancing its ability to provide integrated healthcare solutions. IKS Health's founder and global CEO, Sachin K.
