Reports indicate that she joined the BPO in December 2021 and was part of the sales team, with several senior staff above her. Her family has confirmed this misrepresentation, stating that Khan is currently in Mumbai, pregnant, and has been evading authorities. The case has garnered significant attention due to serious allegations against a group of employees accused of targeting female colleagues aged 18 to 25. Charges include sexual harassment, religious coercion, and forced conversion, leading to the filing of nine FIRs, including one from a male employee alleging religious harassment. The police have arrested eight individuals, comprising seven men and one woman, as investigations continue to uncover further connections within the organization. Some of the accused reportedly held senior roles and are alleged to have used their positions to intimidate and harass others.
