Notably, in Tapi district, Congress won the Vyara Taluka Panchayat with 13 seats against the BJP's 7, while in Songadh, both parties were tied with 9 seats each. Despite these local victories, the BJP dominated the district panchayat, winning 19 out of 26 seats, highlighting its continued strength in tribal areas.
