A former employee of JPMorgan Chase has filed a lawsuit against Lorna Hajdini, alleging that she sexually assaulted him and retaliated against him for reporting the abuse. Prior to filing the lawsuit, the victim sought guidance from an online legal-advice chatbot, where he detailed experiences of sexual assault, harassment, and coercion involving his former boss. In the chatbot conversation, he claimed he was forced to sign a separation agreement under duress and had 'ample evidence' of his suffering. The lawsuit, initially filed anonymously, accuses Hajdini of coercive sexual abuse, claiming she used threats and drugs to control him. Hajdini's legal team has denied all allegations, stating she never engaged in any inappropriate conduct and has never been to the location where the alleged assault occurred. JPMorgan has also stated that its internal review found no evidence supporting the claims, as the complainant refused to participate in the investigation.
