Rosa Iberê Tavares Dantas, a 25-year-old influencer from Brazil, is reportedly on the run after being sentenced to three years in prison for negligent homicide following a fatal collision with personal trainer Talis Roque da Silva, aged 31. The incident occurred on August 31, 2023, in Manaus, Brazil, when Dantas made a reckless turn in her SUV, striking da Silva as he rode his motorbike. The impact caused him to crash into a metal pole, resulting in severe injuries. Although he was initially resuscitated at the hospital, he later died from cardiac arrest. Dantas claimed to have provided assistance at the scene, but video evidence contradicts her statement. After her sentencing on May 4, 2023, Dantas fled to Madrid, Spain, and is now considered a fugitive, with her name added to Brazil's National Register of Arrest Warrants. Authorities have also contacted Interpol regarding her case. In addition to her prison sentence, she faces a fine and a 1.5-year driving ban.
