A shocking incident in Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar district, Telangana, has left the community in mourning after 24-year-old Vaishnavi, a school receptionist, was murdered by a man who had been persistently pressuring her for a relationship. The attack took place on Saturday evening as she was returning home from work near Nimmabavigadda. Reports indicate that the accused, who had developed an obsession with Vaishnavi over two years through social media, confronted her and attacked her with a knife after she rejected his advances. Despite the efforts of locals who rushed to the scene, Vaishnavi succumbed to her injuries. Following the attack, the accused attempted to flee but was caught and assaulted by angry bystanders.
